What do I pay when a customer books?
Thryve takes a 5% platform fee on each class booking, plus Stripe's standard card processing. Classes booked with XPass credits are settled at 7.5% of the class drop-in price, and only when a credit is redeemed.
How does the free trial work?
You get 14 days on Starter. No card is needed for a single studio; multi-studio accounts add a card at signup. Upgrade or cancel anytime.
Is there a contract?
No. Starter and Business+ are month to month, and you can cancel anytime.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
When are instructors paid?
Automatically, every week. Earnings for a class become payable seven days after check in and go out with the studio's weekly payroll.
What is XPass?
A member credit subscription that works across participating studios. When a member books your class with a credit, your studio is paid the drop-in price minus 7.5%.
